What is included on the free plan?
$5 of model usage to start — roughly ten image ads — and every Ideate run returns 3 image ad ideas or 1 video ad idea, built from your Brand Kit and competitor details. An idea is a creative direction and script, not a rendered video; producing the ad spends from that balance.
How do the paid plans differ?
By how much you can spend, and how many directions come back each run. A plan gives you its own price in model usage — Creator is $49 of it, Studio $149 — and every generation debits exactly what the model provider charges, with nothing added on top. Creator returns 5 video or 10 image ideas per Ideate run; Studio returns 10 and 20.
Do my credits expire?
Plan credits carry forward for 60 days and only expire if they go unused — each renewal rolls the window forward, so an active subscription never loses them. Credits you top up yourself never expire. A top-up is the amount you ask for plus a flat 10% platform fee.
Can I change an ad before approving it?
Yes. Use Create to request changes to your generated creative, then send the revised asset for review in Approve. Generation and editing usage follow your current plan.
Can Salk help us with the work?
Yes. You can use the studio yourself or talk to our team about assisted creative production. For enterprise needs, we can scope a dedicated Salk team member to help with strategy, production, and review.
Can I publish directly to social media or ad platforms?
You can publish supported media to connected social accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Availability depends on the account and media format. You can also export approved assets for your ad campaigns; launching paid campaigns and managing ad spend is a separate step.
